Nissin Signature Chicken Flavour Cup Noodles

Cup noodle convenient, rasa better than expected la. Good for supper after night shift, no complaints.

On high calorie days when I need quick carbs, this cup noodle works well la. Chicken flavour is decent, not as good as Indomie but better than most other cup options at convenience stores.

I keep a couple of Nissin cups in my pantry for genuine emergencies and post-late-flight arrivals when cooking is truly not an option. The sodium is high and I would not recommend it as a regular meal, but eating mindfully and occasionally is part of the balanced and realistic approach to wellness that I teach my yoga students every day.
