By creating an account on BeliBuddy, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform at belibuddy.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use BeliBuddy. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or above.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must not share your account with others
• You must not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
• You must not impersonate other users or public figures

4. Content Rules

When submitting reviews or any content on BeliBuddy, you must not:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews
• Post content that is offensive, hateful, or discriminatory
• Post spam, promotional content, or reviews in exchange for compensation without disclosure
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others
• Post content that violates any Malaysian law

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules and to suspend or terminate accounts.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of reviews and content you submit. By posting on BeliBuddy, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

Aggregated and anonymised review data may be used in BeliBuddy's B2B market insights products. Individual reviews will never be attributed to specific users in commercial reports.

6. Gamification

Points, badges, streaks, and tier rankings are for engagement purposes only. They have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged. We reserve the right to adjust or reset gamification scores at any time.

7. Disclaimers

Reviews on BeliBuddy reflect the personal opinions of individual users. We do not verify the accuracy of reviews and are not responsible for decisions made based on platform content. BeliBuddy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, BeliBuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via platform notifications.
